Quality Claims:
Claims regarding wood quality must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
- Wood must remain unmodified from its original state at the time of purchase.
- All returns, exchanges, or claims require prior approval from Woodland Tones before any merchandise is returned or a credit is issued.

Domestic Shipping
We partner with UPS Ground and FedEx Ground for reliable domestic delivery. Most orders receive a flat shipping rate, except for bulk shipments, which will be billed at actual cost.
