We’re committed to your satisfaction with every purchase, and want to ensure an open line of communication. Should any issues arise, we’ll work swiftly to resolve them.  

Quality Claims:

Claims regarding wood quality must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Wood must remain unmodified from its original state at the time of purchase.  
  • All returns, exchanges, or claims require prior approval from Woodland Tones before any merchandise is returned or a credit is issued.

Domestic Shipping

We partner with UPS Ground and FedEx Ground for reliable domestic delivery. Most orders receive a flat shipping rate, except for bulk shipments, which will be billed at actual cost.

International Shipping

Due to CITES regulations, certain items may not be eligible for international shipping.

Insurance

Standard shipping includes minimal insurance coverage. For added protection, contact us to request supplemental insurance—we’ll cover logistics, and you’ll be billed for the incremental cost.
